Requesting a return
- Contact us within 90 days after receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Unopened products should be returned in their original packaging.
- Opened products may be returned for review provided they have not been mostly consumed, damaged, altered, or misused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund processing
After the returned product is received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process an approved refund; your bank may require additional time to post it.
