Welcome to AV Zenith. AV Zenith is operated by Altura Ventures LLC. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Altura Ventures LLC operating the AV Zenith brand. Altura Ventures LLC owns and operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, visiting, or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout;
- Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate and complete;
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential; and
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
You may not transfer, assign, or sell your account to another party without our written consent. If we believe information you provide is false, incomplete, or violates these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. If you permit a minor dependent to use your account, you remain fully responsible for their actions and compliance with these Terms.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, due to factors such as device display differences, variations in manufacturing, or supply chain updates, actual product appearance may differ slightly from images or descriptions provided.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any product without notice;
- Limit the sale of products to specific regions, jurisdictions, or individuals;
- Restrict product quantities or apply purchase limits per customer.
We do not warrant that product quality, performance, or results will meet your expectations. All representations made about products are general in nature and not guarantees of specific outcomes.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Altura Ventures LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. An order is not binding until we confirm acceptance and payment is processed in full.
We may refuse or cancel orders if we suspect:
- Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity;
- Orders placed for resale or commercial distribution;
- Inaccuracies in product or pricing information;
- Limited product availability.
You are responsible for reviewing all details prior to confirming your order. Once placed, orders cannot always be modified or canceled. Our Refund Policy governs all returns and exchanges.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without notice. Promotions, discounts, or coupons may be subject to separate conditions, which take precedence in the event of conflict.
You agree to provide current and valid payment information at checkout. By submitting payment details, you represent and warrant that you:
- Are authorized to use the payment method provided;
- Authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount;
- Will honor all charges, including taxes, shipping, and fees.
If your payment is declined, we are not obligated to fulfill the order. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders placed using the same billing address, shipping address, or payment method.
SECTION 4A – BILLING TERMS (VIP MEMBERSHIP)
The AV Zenith VIP Membership begins with a free 3-day trial. The membership charge is $0 at enrollment. Unless you cancel, the payment method provided at checkout will be charged $49.99 USD after the 3-day trial and $49.99 USD every 28 days thereafter until canceled.
Enrollment is optional and requires your affirmative consent. VIP benefits include member pricing on our curated product selection, free standard shipping on future orders, priority support, and early access to products.
At checkout, your product purchase, VIP Membership, taxes (if applicable), and any optional shipping upgrade are displayed separately. There is no processing fee. Optional Express Shipping is a one-time $9.99 USD charge on the initial product order only; it is not part of the membership and is not charged on renewals.
You may cancel at any time through our Membership Cancellation page, the Contact page, or by emailing contact@av-zenith.com. To prevent the next scheduled renewal charge, submit your cancellation request at least 1 business day before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current trial or paid term; partial-period refunds are not provided unless required by law.
If a scheduled $49.99 VIP Membership payment is declined, you authorize us to attempt recovery charges in reduced amounts of $29.99 USD, then $14.99 USD, and finally $4.99 USD. These attempts are for the same membership obligation and are not additional membership fees. If all attempts fail, the membership may be suspended or canceled.
If you do not affirmatively accept the VIP offer, your purchase remains a one-time Guest Purchase and you will not be enrolled in recurring billing.
SECTION 4B – BILLING TERMS (ONE-TIME PURCHASES)
If you choose a Guest Purchase and do not accept the optional VIP offer, you will be charged only once for the product total, applicable taxes, and any shipping option you select. There are no recurring membership charges and no processing fee.
One-time purchase payments are processed when the order is confirmed. By completing a Guest Purchase, you acknowledge that the transaction is not part of a subscription or recurring billing plan.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We will arrange shipment of products to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery times are for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues;
- Customs inspections or import restrictions;
- Force majeure events such as weather, natural disasters, or labor strikes.
Once products are handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. We are not liable for stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments once in transit. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their jurisdiction.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services—including trademarks, trade names, designs, logos, text, product descriptions, images, videos, and code—is the exclusive property of Altura Ventures LLC, AV Zenith, or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent;
- Create derivative works or reverse-engineer the website;
- Use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without authorization.
Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws and could result in legal action.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools or software over which we have no control. These are provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for your use of third-party tools, and it is your responsibility to review their terms of use before engaging.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party materials, nor do we assume any liability for your interactions with them. Accessing such sites is at your own risk, and you should review their policies before transacting.
SECTION 9 – FEEDBACK
Any ideas, suggestions, or reviews submitted to us may be used without restriction. By submitting such content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, publish, or distribute it in any medium. Occasionally our Services may contain information that includes typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and update or cancel orders without prior notice, even after an order is submitted.

The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that results from products will meet your expectations.
SECTION 15 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altura Ventures LLC, AV Zenith, its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of such possibilities.
SECTION 16 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Altura Ventures LLC, AV Zenith, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
SECTION 17 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent allowed by law.
SECTION 18 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right. These Terms and posted policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Altura Ventures LLC, superseding prior agreements or understandings.
SECTION 19 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer our rights and obligations without notice.
SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Altura Ventures LLC is headquartered. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of disputes.
